Communication headsets allow the members of a production team to communicate easily from different locations, in order for essential information to be conveyed.
In a conference or theatre situation, it is often necessary to whisper cues so that the audience is unaware of what is being co-ordinated behind the scenes.
Alternatively, a concert or live music event may be very loud. In this instance, it is necessary to be heard easily over the high noise levels in order for essential production information to be conveyed.
Based on their robust design and superior reliability, we decided to invest in a combination of Tecpro MS721 comms masterstation and Tecpro BP111 beltpack systems, in conjunction with the industry standard Beyerdynamic DT109 communications headset. We have found this to be an excellent combination, that gives great performance across the entire range of production situations that we encounter.

The MS721 Master Station is a combination of two independent power supplies with two onboard headset outstations. Features include two independent comms circuits, that can be ran seperately or together as required. Both circuits A & B ar separately capable of powering upto 16 outstations, such as Tecpro BP111 beltpacks.

The Tecpro PS711 is a dedicated comms power supply unit. Features include 3 independent output circuits that can be ran seperately or together as required. The unit can power upto 16 outstations, such as Tecpro BP111 beltpacks.

Made by Technical Projects the BP111 is a dedicated comms beltpack, suitable for use in a wide range of applications. Features include: call indication light, call button, and volume control. Beltpacks are designed for use with seperate comms headsets (see below) and upto 16 units can be used together in combination with the PS711 dedicated power supply unit.
